vitec2 - Technology Incubator The Technology Incubator (VITEC2) was created to address the need to develop a center dedicated to the incubation of new businesses and technologies that contribute to Puerto Rico’s economic development in the new economy.

  • Established in 1999
  • The only high tech business incubator in PR
  • ViTEC2 focuses on:
    –Helping tenants commercialize their products and/or technologies
    –Provide network of specialized resources
    –Access to Seed Funding
    –Low cost space and basic services

    Common areas:

  • Administration /Reception, Rec. Dock, Maintenance shop
  • Conference rooms, lunch room
  • Parking, 24/7 Security
  • Access to internet/broadband
