PRTEC seeks to enable the Areospace cluster in PR to identify common needs/concerns, goals and requirements to amek them more competitive in the short and long term run. The Aerospace cluster seeks to integrate the academis, government and companies to have an integrated Strategic Plan to help in strengthening the people’s skills and enhance people capabilities for advance changing technologies. The innovation systems network of agents interacts in specific economic/industrial areas under particular institutional infrastructure.
